Dr. Jia Xiao Fang is President of China International Health & Medical Tourism Association (CIHMTA), China’s largest and leading health tourism and medical tourism industry platform; Secretary General of Belt and Road Health Industry Federation; Chairman of World Health & Medical Tourism Conference and Expo (WMTCE) in China; Executive Director of ‘Health Destinations for Welcome Chinese’ Certification.
Dr. Jia Xiao Fang has devoted herself to globally strategic cooperation with United Nations, countries’ governments worldwide, C-level decision-makers, stakeholders for the innovation and UN sustainable development goals in international healthcare, health tourism industry ecosystem.
Dr. Jia Xiao Fang works hard to set up health tourism accreditation and certification system in China. She has provided strategic consultancy and taken part in serials of government smart health cities, health tourism destinations, life science industry parks and clusters programs.
She was a cardiovascular medicine doctor, PMI® Certified Project Management
Professional (PMP); MBA in International Business Management.
Dr László Puczkó

Over the past 20 years, Laszlo has honed his expertise in product development, experience mapping and design, impact assessment and marketing. He was a manager at KPMG, the global advisory firm’s Travel, Leisure and Tourism Group (Europe & Middle East) and served as an advisor on over 100 projects both at destination and property level.
László graduated as an economist specializing in tourism from Budapest University of Economics and holds a PhD on the Environmental Impacts ofTourism from Budapest University of Economics.
He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Past President of the Association of Tourism Consultants in Hungary. László had written and co-authored numerous benchmark books and articles on health tourism, cultural management and destination marketing including Health Tourism and Hospitality: Spas, Wellness and Medical Travel.
Prof Dr Ghazali Musa
Professor | Professor and Head of Business Strategy & Policy Department University of Malaya (UM)
Professor Ghazali Musa graduated with a medical degree from University Malaya. He worked as a medical doctor for five years in Malaysia and received training in orthopaedic rehabilitation. In 1997, he resigned from his medical profession to study Tourism at University of Otago, New Zealand. After graduating with a distinction, he was offered a PhD scholarship by the University, and completed in 2002.
His tourism career began as a full-time lecturer in University Malaya, where hebecame a full professor in 2012. He has over 100 publications which include 8
books, 18 book chapters and 50 refereed journal articles. His research interests lie in scuba diving tourism, mountaineering tourism, medical tourism and second home tourism.
Besides that, he is also in the editorial board of several international tourism journals, including Current Issues in Tourism, Annals of Leisure Research, International Journal of Tourism Cities, Asian Journal of Business and Accountancy, Current Issues in Asian Tourism, and International Journal of Tourism Science. In 2017, he was awarded the Distinguished Researcher in
Social Science by University Malaya.
